She really listens to what you have to say, and doesn't act like she's doing you a favor to cut and color your hair. Finally, your salon seems completely drama free, as is Bette. If you're a curly head, take a trip to see Cally. The cut and color are great! I have been getting compliments from everyone I see and she did it all for no charge!!! She is great, well worth the trip (I'm out in the burbs) and money. I called Cally's and she called me back within the hour and told me to come back in that week for a touch up, which I did. I went in last week for a cut and color and, though it came out nice, after a few days I felt it really could have been a little shorter and lighter. You can tell she really cares about her clients and her business.
I would get a cut and then almost certainly they would say, "Now, do you want me to straighten it?" No! I love my curls I want you to make them look great! Cally always does!
